Moses Coburn sale of Hampstead property to Thomas Peters

This indenture made in the twenty-seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred eighty-eight And the twenty ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain &c. &c. &c. between Moses Coburn of the County of Sunbury Farmer and Hannah his wife of the one part and Thomas Peters of Queens County Farmer of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Moses Coburn & Hannah his wife for in consideration of Fifty-five bushels of good and Merchantable wheat to the said Moses Coburn delivered by the said Thomas Peters before the sealing & delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof the said Moses Coburn doth hereby acknowledge have bargain & sell to the said Thomas Peters his heirs & Assigns forever all that half Lot of Land between & being in the Township of Hampstead in the County of Queens & distinguished by the 'No. 26 And the Revisions & Remainder & Remainders, issues & profits of the aforsaid half Lot of Land & every part or parcel thereof with the Appurtenances and also the Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand whatever of the said noses Coburn & Hannah his wife & the Bower & thirds of the said Hannah the wife of Moses Coburn of into or out of the aforesaid Lot of Land with every part and parcel thereof and its appurtenances to have & to hold the aforesaid half Lot of Land with all & singular heridiments & premises hereby bargained & sold & every part & parcel thereof unto the Thomas Peters his heirs & Assigns to the only proper use & benefit & behoof of the said Thomas Peters his heirs and Assigns forever.
